Residential Remodeling - Our service includes full in-house design of floor space for the addition, dormer or add-a level. All rooms and closets are laid out to give maximum use of the added space. If a kitchen or bathroom is what you need, we will design the space and handle all phased of the project.

I have been fortunate enough to be able to work with Veri Construction on two separate occasions, both major construction ventures, building a new home and renovating an older home.
During both of these endeavors, Dennis Sr and Dennis Jr have been there every step of the way to oversee the project. If something did not suit my taste, they willing and graciously made changes to suit my vision.
When the Veri's work on a project, they treat it as if it were their own. Many thanks for your care and consideration for jobs well done.

Our house is old, and needs plenty of attention. We're so fortunate to have found Veri Construction many years ago. They've worked in every area of our home, and we've always been happy with the results . They're currently replacing part of our front walk and repairing a plumbing problem in the basement. I know the work will be done well. From beginning to end of each project, we are treated with kindness and efficiency. Veri Construction has done work on our home for many years .... from expanding an entire level, to installing windows, to painting and maintenance. The rare problems have been addressed quickly. Their workmanship is excellent. We have dealt with other contractors in the past, and none have come close to the quality we've received from Veri Construction. And, on a personal level, they are a pleasure to deal with.

Veri construction did an excellent job on our add-a-level! Not only did he deliver on time and on schedule (actually a week ahead of schedule), he also went over and above, assisting me with excellent advice on permits and inspections that weren't part of his scope of work. I wholeheartedly would recommend him to anyone doing a construction project in the area.

Veri Construction made our dream renovation come true. The space they added helped our family have much more living area to enjoy. It also increased the value of our home. The workmanship was excellent. Quality products used and they kept the work area as clean as possible. I would highly recommend this contractor and plan to use them again if another renovation is needed.

That WORST I mean WORST decision EVER!! Two years later and they still did not finish!! I have tried and tried to get them to finish and still nothing. NEVER ever answers email or phone calls unless it is about money. The rudest person when things do not go his way...does not like to work with architects either??!! We had Dennis "throw" one of his workers off our job because he was stealing our food and sleeping in his old junky car in the driveway. We find out the one that is stealing his Dennis' own SON!!! I could go on for a lifetime with all the mistakes...kitchen 3 feet shorter than plans
