AMP Construction provides home improvement and construction services throughout the Northern NJ area, including interior and exterior home renovations as well as commercial renovations. AMP was founded in 2017, after owner Michael Filardi graduated from NYIT with his Bachelor's Degree in Architecture in 2016.
Mike always had a niche for drawing, building, and construction, and knew this was something he would love to do professionally. After working in the architecture field for 8 years and earning his degree, he made the move to open his own company and has enjoyed helping customers to live and work in attractive, functional spaces since.

Used AMP after deciding to remodel a bathroom. Very reasonable quote. Mike and his crew were a joy to work with. They worked clean and the work was really high quality. He went out of his way to make us comfortable and helped us with tile selection and many more things. The guys he brought in for plumbing and electrical were also top notch. I even added a painting project last minute and that was outstanding as well. I strongly suggest Mike and his crew for any home improvement project.

Micheal and his team redid my entire kitchen after what was only supposed to be a new floor job. It was stressful as it was in the middle of a pandemic and I was 6 months pregnant. They kept me calm and ensured they would get me back in my new kitchen ASAP! They did a great job and were with us every step of the way! See pictures of our new beautiful kitchen!

My rental apartment needed to be renovated. Mike and his employees painted my apartment, put new crown and floor molding, gutted the kitchen, installed new interior doors. They were at the house early every day, worked hard and quick, never left a mess and made good suggestions.

We hired AMP to perform several interior and exterior jobs including sheet rocking a ceiling, painting and front stair replacement. Mike and his crew were always professional, showed up early and worked through the day. End of each day, they cleaned up the site and reset for the next morning. Would absolutely recommend AMP; top notch and reliable.

AMP Contruction remodeled my three bathrooms and they turned out beyond my expectations. The owner , Mike, and his team were very professional and easy to work with. Mike and his team recently installed a new interior staircase, in addition to completing other projects throughout the house. From beginning to end, it was a great experience. Overall, the attention to detail and quality of work was fantastic. I highly recommend AMP for any home renovation projects.

As an investor and owner of a home rehab business it's very important to have a strong team of contractors that can do it all. Mike and his team are super responsive, knowledgeable , and hard workers. I can always depend on them to own the job and get it done from start to finish. They helped me with a big basement tiling job, and hung 3 kitchens for me. I look forward to working with them again!

We hired Amp Construction for an open concept kitchen remodel project. Amp also created an office for us from what was previously a dining room. After meeting with numerous contractors, we hired Mike because of his architectural background and his ability to understand exactly what our architect required in order to complete the open concept (support beams, etc.). He and his crew were very pleasant to work with and were very competent. They were here working every day until the job was done. I recommend Amp highly and would not hesitate to use them again.
