Frank Belgiovine has over thirty-five years of experience in General Contracting and Construction Management, including 15 years in field supervision and management. The last 30 years he worked as Construction Manager on commercial, office, retail, industrial, public buildings and mid-rise, hi-rise, multi-family construction.
Belmont brings an experienced team of professional talent to every project, along with top-notch financial and communications resources to successfully and seamlessly complete all projects, including the most complex projects. Our team utilizes a constantly updated network of the most current communications and information technology.

Most people have complicated and lengthy renovations projects. My experience with Belmont Construction was so good that I would do it again tomorrow with an even more complicated project.
What made the big difference with Belmont Construction is their integrated team approach with a dedicated POC (point of contact). This approach created efficiency and made my communications and decision making process really pleasant and easy. The end result looks even better than expected due to their recommendations and professionalism. They also worked very well with the designer that I hired for the project
