I hired Alleva Construction to complete a new roof, siding, windows, and two new bathrooms amongst other work on my small cape cod. I also had to take out a construction loan to pay for the work. With this being the 1st time I have done construction at this scale on my house as well as the 1st time working with a construction loan, I was sure there would be issues along the way from the many stories I had heard. I was wrong.
Even with doing the work during a supply shortage, there were no issues. I was contacted by Either Jake himself or Domingo on a near daily basis giving me constant updates

I hired Alleva Construction to do a major reconstruction of my master bathroom. Jake and Domingo and the entire crew were great. Not only were they professional during every phase of the project but they responded to every hurdle we encountered which is never easy. They made what we thought would be a daunting project seedless. The final project exceeded every expectation we had for our long awaited beautiful master bathroom. Thanks Alleva.

Alleva was able to complete two non-standard, custom bathroom projects during the pandemic for us when many other contractors refused to even consider the projects. This alone makes them a Go-to contractor for us.

Justin, Mike, and Dawn, who helped me get an estimate, were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and great to work with. Their estimate was printed on gorgeous paper and handed to me in a custom folder which I'm still using in my home office to store documents related to this job. (It's like the Rolls Royce of folders.) Although I chose a different company with slightly better pricing to do the work, Alleva is a company I would consider for future projects.

We had a great experience with Alleva Construction. They just finished a light renovation in our house where they converted our 1st floor maintenance room into a beautiful and very functional finished laundry room / kitchen pantry. They also removed a fireplace in our living room and refinished the wall with new drywall and repainting so we could redesign our entire living room. Finally they also redid our foyer with new tile floors and a brand new beautiful mahogany front door. The finished product is great and we’re very happy. My family and I could not be more pleased with Alleva Construction. We hired Alleva Construction in October 2020 for a kitchen and bath renovation in our home to start in January 2021. Right from the start we knew we were dealing with a truly professional construction and remodeling company. Everyone we had interactions with, staff and suppliers, gave us a sense of confidence which is so important when taking on a significant project.
