Electric Heroes did an entire re-wire in our old house. They are very skilled, efficient, very responsive and polite. We hired a different contractor to patch up the walls after the electrical work was done (expect a lot of patching to do after a re-wiring), that job didn't work that smooth, still Roberto did his absolute best to help in any ways he could. Electric Heroes are very responsive with every correction, enhancement, fixes, warranty, and very comfortable to work with. Highly recommended.

Very torn about how to rate Electric Heroes - so Ill go right down the middle with 3. I'd give pricing and responsiveness a 5, but actual execution a 1.5.

I needed an EV charger plug installed in my garage. Electric Heroes scheduled a virtual estimate over FaceTime and it was super easy. The technician was very friendly and helpful over the video call. Fast, professional, and they actually returned my calls! We needed to get a couple ceiling fans installed, one in each bedroom. I thought 6 weeks would be enough time, but I wasn't having any luck getting any electricians to call me back. I used the Yelp feature where it will reach out for me. I needed a transfer switch installed. I received three bids on Yelp, but the team at Electric Heroes was by far the quickest to respond and meet with me to discuss the job. Installation was a breeze for the electrician. The best part is they worked with my schedule--totally flexible. Anna schedules her team, but is also responsible for the billing. It was very convenient to review the contract over DocuSign. This company is up to date using E-commerce to transact. All in all, I highly recommend them and will be bringing them back for more work in the future.

Great quality of work. I know it's written in the contract somewhere, but it would have been awesome if the electrician performed at least basic patch-up work instead of just leaving the hole in the wall. Totally understand that they are mostly responsible for the electrical piece of the assignment, but for security reasons, I think a patch should be required.
Anyway, giving them five stars because they were pretty communicative as a company, the work went well. I simply hope that they will read the review and incorporate the suggestion into their future work.

I solicited multiple bids for connecting my main panel to a new construction garage detached panel. Electric Heroes had the most competitive bid, so I booked them. The garage was not ready until about 2 months later, and they diligently and professionally checked in with me every couple weeks for status/update on when they can come out. Finally the garage was ready for their part; they provided a date/window 2-3 days out. Bryan came out exactly on time, was extremely communicative and professional, and did the wiring, which included finding a hard to find breaker that created the new 50A breaker

Electric Heroes came on time and helped me install three 30amp outlets in my garage. Before starting work they gave me all the options of installation and then after I picked the one I liked best they then proceeded to discuss with me the details of the project, how long it takes, and quoted me a very reasonable price.
After discussion, they did everything they said they would do and everything went smoothly. Can't recommend them enough!!!! 5 stars!!!!

The offered virtual meeting for giving estimate and they offered many ways to connect. It was comfortable and assuring that they will be able to do the job as estimated.
I needed to convert CFL socket to LED which means to remove ballast.
They gave the best esimate by far and charged exactly that. They also included the new LED lamps.
They did the job quickly, they cleaned up and everything looks better than expected.

My mistake was not being present and leaving my wife to handle this job. I reached out to these guys for some outdoor electrical outlets. They quoted a decent price and got the job done.
Clearly there was some misunderstanding about the height of the outlets off the ground. Also I'm now stuck doing a bunch of drywall repair for holes that I'm sure was convenient for the contractor but certainly could have been avoided.
The outlets do work so I suppose the price is fair but just be sure you specify EXACTLY where you want the outlet be prepared for some drywall repair.

We had Roberto complete some electrical work in our home. We wanted to center an existing ceiling mount light fixture directly above our dining table. The process began with a virtual meeting where he explained how to best achieve our goal and he provided a free estimate. He was incredibly communicative, knowledgeable, and friendly. Roberto arrived on time and was able to complete the project without making unwanted holes in our walls, which we greatly appreciated. Idan: I appreciate you taking time to response to my feedback. I didn't have issue with what you quoted you would do, but I have feedback on HOW they were done. e.g. I did not have any problem with the hole not being patched. I did not write that as a problem in my feedback. What you left out (outlet mounted upside down and didn't clean up after the job is done) was interesting.
As for the EV charger, you told me that it is not within your capacity to pull the permit, which you initially recommended for the work. Why would I decide to go ahead with it?

Electric Heroes honestly deserves more than 5 stars. I needed a NEMA 14-50 installed for my electric car charge and reached out to a couple electricians for quotes. Ultimately I decided to go with Electric Heroes for the following reasons:

I had a few small electric jobs at my place and reached out to a few businesses. Electric hero was the first to respond and was able to come by the following day for a free quote while all other businesses needed to charge a fee just for coming out to give the quote. I hired Idan and his team to build a guest house on my property and now that the job is done it looks so good!! It was a very extensive job but they handled it so well and it turned out even better than I envisioned. I was constantly updated on what was going on and what was happening next. Thank you guys for your quality and efficient work. I hired them to install new recessed lighting in my kitchen and it looks so much better and brighter now. I also had them install a ceiling fan in my bedroom. Everything was done in a timely manner and they were very respectful of my home. Great job.
