We have used Scott for a couple of projects and couldn't be happier. A couple of years ago, we came home from a vacation to find our back patio flooded with water and still rising. After we shut off the water, it kept rising! It was a Friday night and we were supposed to leave the next day and called Scott in hopes he could help.
He was able to come right away and quickly diagnosed the problem as a broken supply pipe. Scott patched the pipe so we could have water until a permanent fix could be done. Scott came back to fully replace the pipe and he was quick, professional and helpful. We also used Scott to install a gas line for a new fireplace.
He gave an accurate estimate of the cost, showed up on time and finished when he said he would. I trust Scott's judgment and the quality of his work stands up to inspections and time. Brandt Plumbing cannot guarantee any sewer or drainage snaking unless it is expressly written on the invoice. A clogged sewer or drain can become clogged again for various reasons and without a video camera inspection ($350) to determine other factors, we are unable to guarantee that a line will not clog again.

I was having a strange bathroom issue where the shower faucet was not really allowing me to choose between temperatures; somehow the mechanism must have been so old and decrepit that you could turn it to warm and get cold, warm, or hot, and could not maintain that state. Scott asked for a photo of my shower faucet knob, ordered new parts, and showed up and replaced it. Now the water temps work as expected! He also told me a tip about making sure the water diverter was allowed to let the water drain so I wouldn't get weird dripping. Thank you Scott!

Nobody ever looks forward to having a plumbing issue, but I never stress out about them any more because I know I have Scott to rely on. He's been at my house for so many different issues: water heater, sewer drain back up, leaky toilets, installing water filters, fixing fireplace gas starters, installing gas line for a gas fireplace, adding an emergency shut off valve to my gas main (in case of earthquake).... He's done so much good work for us that I recommended him to my general contractor, and they now use him for their projects with great satisfaction. He's reliable, friendly

Scott Brandt Plumbing came recommended to us, and we are thrilled that we called him to replace our water heater that went out this morning. Scott certainly is professional and a hard worker; and we were very thankful that he came out and replaced it on the same day so that we had hot water. He was prompt, polite, knowledgeable, respectful and very easy to work with. Scott Brandt is an excellent plumber! Recently he put in a new water heater. Scott has previously replaced toilets and cleaned out our main sewage pipe. His work has been performed so efficiently and professionally! But just as importantly, he is simply a very nice honest guy.

Scott is the best Plumber! After, many bad experiences, I searched and read Yelp reviews, made an appointment. Punctual, knowledgeable, get the job done guy. He was able to work on another plumbing issue, when he discovered I needed to order a part from Grohe. I really appreciated his honesty, he told me I charge $140 for the hour, if you have any other plumbing issues just let me know. So, now the faucet is finally working thanks to Scott Brandt Plumbing, the bathroom sink is fixed. I am a very happy customer, and wouldn't think of calling anyone else.

No doubt Scott is an excellent plumber with good people skills -- very responsive as well.
However, he charged me $140 for a very simple fix that took him 15 minutes. As a first time customer, this didn't sit right with me. He also never mentioned to me over the phone that his minimum charge was $140.
Good service, way overpriced.

Scott is a reliable, professional plumber...who is also a really nice person to deal with! He has been charged with our extensive remodel and has done an excellent job throughout. We are currently dealing with a problematic tub (an issue that is manufacturer based). A lesser plumber may have walked away, but Scott is doing a lovely job of making everything right for us. I would recommend Scott to my friends!

Scott is awesome! So many plumbers out there so it's refreshing to find someone who says what he does and does what he says. Honest, reasonable and gets the job done even for smaller jobs like leaking faucets in old houses. Highly recommend him and will call him anytime I have a job that I can't do myself (hate plumbing work personally). He fixed a job other plumbers said required ripping up my walls and floors, so he is willing to take the lower cost option when possible - something customers with older houses appreciate (we don't all want to do a major renovation every month)

Two years ago we moved into an older house in the area that has needed work on a few occasions, Scott is always extremely responsive, spends as much time as necessary to address the problem, and is very reasonable in his billing. He knows what he's doing and he's also clearly a very decent guy, which doesn't hurt.
One of the other reviewers said they have never had such a good experience with a contractor, and we'd echo the sentiment.

A neighbor referred Brandt plumbing. I have found Scott to be very responsive, efficient, professional, speedy, and easy to work with.
He came to repair a faucet, a shower, and a toilet. He helped me figure out which parts to order, who to call. And he called the faucet company himself when the parts were confusing/not quite right.
The neighbor likes his work. I liked his work. I wish the faucets were more reliable, like he is!

Prices are reasonable as far as the usual per hour rate. And, service and attention to detail is outstanding.
Not only did Brandt attend to the clogged bathroom sink, Scott also checked my toilet and the "running water" problem at no extra charge.
Next time you have a clogged sink or a slow moving drain, or a running water toilet, call Brandt Plumbing.
