Overall I am very satisfied with the work done by Isaac and his team at Pro Roto. Both my supply line was leaking and my water heater needed to be replaced. I found Pro Roto from positive online reviews. Isaac was quick to respond to my emails and careful to get the correct details of my situation to create an estimate that was fair to me. On the day of the appointment, he and his team worked quickly worked around some unexpected hurdles (ordering some new parts, and making sure the sprinkler system's alarm would not be set off) and successfully completed the job.

Juan is the man!
There’s nothing more worrisome as a new home owner than hearing gushing water from the walls startling you in the middle of the night. Is it coming from the bathroom? Are the toilets leaking? Did a pipe burst?
After helping me find the water main to shut off the water, Juan promised to be there in the morning. He arrived and was super professional and helpful in explaining what the causes may be. My waste line backed up and I contacted Isaac and the team at ProRoto based on their online reviews. Isaac was at my house in about an hour to clear the blockage. Using their inspection camera, they were able to find and show me a damaged coupling -- unknown to me -- that was allowing leakage from the waste line as well as intrusion of tree roots, which contributed to the slow drainage. Isaac sent a crew the next day to replace the coupling. Clear and timely communications throughout, left the worksite clean ... highly recommended!

This is an update to my earlier review of Pro Roto. After a very difficult start they came through and did a great job.
The CEO contacted me, listened carefully to the problems I had experienced with his firm and committed to righting the wrongs, and they did.
It is a bit hard to forget the chaotic start with shifting explanations and moving targets, but I have to give it to them for sticking with it and providing excellent service and great quality work once the air was cleared.
All in all a great company to work with if you start on the right foot.
