These guys were great. HVAC had an issue in the morning and couldn't cool the house anymore. KAS managed to come out the same day I called and got everything fixed up, gave on tips on upkeep/maintenance. Strongly recommend. Thanks guys.

One of the least professional HVAC repairs Ive ever dealt with. Were very rude on the phone with myself and my district manager. Showed up after we were told it would be "a day or so" to get the documentation we reuired, then demanded setvice payment when they didnt even call to say they were coming, nor got out of their van when they did arrive.

I’ve used King Air several times over the years for little repairs and maintenance. John is always there when he says he will be, and his pricing is fair. There are some less expensive options out there, but with King Air, I know I’m getting a technician with years of experience that can fix my problem, and by using them, my money stays right here in Santa Rosa County. I’d recommend to anyone!

King Air was very helpful and troubleshot an issue with my ac system. I initially thought my entire system would have to be replaced however, after they came out, it was discovered to be a single component that needed to be replaced. I was given clear and accurate expectations of the time to get my AC going again. There were no surprises. King Air was very professional in every interaction I have had with them. I will always use King Air for my AC issues.

BUYER BEWARE do NOT use King Air for anything ever!! They came to our home to fix a pool heater 3 times charging near $1,000 and they NEVER fixed anything. We bought a new motor from King Air which they installed it over heated before they even left our property called back to ask them to fix they were RUDE wanting to charge yet again for a different motor we said no asked them to get their broken motor and for a refund needless to say we have not heard back and are out $1,000
