From single well, double well, multi-slip, or double decker with party roof, we can configure any shape or size to meet your needs. By adding your choice of decking, roof, and custom colors, your new dock will be the talk of your neighbors! If you can dream it, we can build it. We offer a 10 year limited warranty on the frame and 15 year warranty on the floats.
Treated wood is a standard decking option giving your dock that traditional finished wood look. Our custom flat roof docks boast LockDry Waterproof Aluminum Decking from Nexan. It is a completely maintenance free, beautiful seamless finish with engineered strength that carries a limited lifetime warranty.
We are the local distributor for Boat Floater Industries, LLC boat lifts for Northern Missouri and Eastern Kansas. Boat Floater boasts the most durable, maintenance-free, and toughest water boat lift in the industry since 1974. Boat Floaters are boat lifts built and designed by boaters, for boaters, composed of the most steel of any other lift on the market.
Docking your personal watercraft out of water prevents wear, damage, and marine growth on your PWC. We offer both air-up PWC lifts manufactured in-house and EZ Dock drive-on ports to satisfy your individual need. Simply drive-on your PWC port with a gentle touch of the throttle, or secure your PWC with air up tanks just like your boat lift.
We are the Kansas City Metro local Shoremaster Dealer offering crank up lifts with canopy roofs. Shoremaster canopy systems are available in various frame styles with fabric and color options to fit you. Whichever you choose, it will be a statement on your lakefront property and a reflection of your style.

I live at P23 and had my dock moved for dredging last year.They moved it 3 dock spaces north so the dredge could work. They charged me $1,040.00. My neighbor had his dock moved at the same time. They charged them $740.00 and it took 2 hours more labor time to complete. When I questioned their billing they said well... they just got a really good deal. The owner did offer to refund at least $150.00 but that money was never received by me. A man is only as good as his word I would not use this company again. Billy G. Miller P-23

I’ve used Williams Lakefront Construction several times, from a simple 12’ section of hose to an entire boat lift and install. Each time I was treated with the same great service and professionalism I expect from a business.

Williams Construction did an amazing job installing our boat lift and taking out the old lift. Our lake was flooded and the owner actually swam the boat lift out into deeper water from the parking lot where boats launch. The lot was covered with water. They had the equipment to unload the new lift in 3” of water but after that, it had to be walked out and then then swimming started. Then he winched the old lift out of the water. Everyone in the neighborhood was asking for their number. Highly recommend!!

I had two separate unrelated dock repair needs in the last 6 months. I called Williams Lakefront Construction for both issues and they came out same day to evaluate the issue and completed the repairs the next day. Their office staff communicates well and gives realistic expectations for timely repair. The work was done very well. I would recommend Williams Lakefront Construction for all lake construction and dock repair needs.

Purchased and picked up wet-steps at Williams on a Friday and asked the following Monday morning if I could return them because my husband had already ordered wet steps from a dealer at the Lake of the Ozarks. The steps were not installed and were in the same condition as when I bought them. Brad told me there would be a 10% restock fee. I would have to PAY them $80 to return the steps. Bad mistake buying a product from Williams. I should have stayed with the larger boat dock dealers at the Lake of the Ozarks... always great customer service with the dock/lift guys in Sunrise Beach. Be cautious

Very impressed with the service provided by Williams Lakefront Construction. First, Brad Williams was very personable and did a great job of answering any questions we had. There were quite a few as 1st time boat owners. Our lift was installed within 1 1/2 weeks of original request. (After waiting THREE YEARS for a slip at Smithville Lake this was amazing!) After installment of the lift (without our boat present) we put our pontoon boat in our slip for the first time, and felt that the lift may need to be moved forward somewhat for an better fit. Purchasing our first lake home, we had no clue about docks/sea walls etc. It is often difficult to find a reliable company for anything pertaining to home ownership. We are so thankful we had friends recommend Williams Lakefront Construction. They installed our new lift, extended our dock and will be the ones we call for any and all future needs that may pop up.
