In 1986 John Riead started Riead Homes Construction, establishing a well earned reputation as a custom home builder.
John's motto has always been "build a home that I would want to live in myself". In 2006 John partnered with brother Alan and son Don to form Riead Homes Construction LLC, quickly earning a reputation as one of Kansas City's premium quality new home builders. Alan, with over twenty years of real estate experience and a degree in Industrial Technology, primarily concentrates on planning and marketing the company.
