Size of projects we manage range from $5M to $1B+ in size. We manage projects having a total workforce of construction workers ranging anywhere from 100 or less, to over 2,500. Construction Safety Associates will coordinate your project health and safety standards.

Services
The company was formed in 1996 by Philipp G. Pflughaupt. He saw the need to start a business specialized in the development and implementation of safety programs for both large and small construction projects; re-build projects, and demolition projects for customers. This idea was driven by strict new safety standards, increased insurance rates, along with new OSHA legislation.
Our automotive experience began in 1996 with change over projects for various automotive plants in North America. We have continued those projects with the inclusion now of demolition and new facility construction from ground breaking to commissioning. Experienced in the re-build of machinery, equipment, ovens and furnaces in all the major fiberglass manufacturers in North America.
