You the client can choose the cleaning method that you would prefer, however your cleaning technician may recommend a different cleaning method for your specific situation.

By far the WORST service I have ever received. Showed up late, his faulty equipment blew circuits all over our home, water everywhere and damaged belongings.
For what I paid (over $400) to have a couch, chair and ottoman cleaned, they should have owned up to their mistakes!
Definitely check the BBB for complaints about this company...I wish I had before letting them in my home!

I needed the carpet cleaned with only 2 days notice. They arrived right on time, explained what they were doing, and got to work. This was going to be our last try at cleaning before replacing and after they were done the carpet looked brand new and we do not have to replace it. Highly recommend these guys.
