We had to wait almost 3 hrs after our appointment for him to show up. When he was finished, it was a little better but there was still a lot of spots on the carpet. Then he wanted another $20 for "extra deodorizer" when they still smelled. When I reminded him he was that late he said "it's a long ways to your house" which he knew when we called.

Excellent!!!! Quality service and price!!! They were able to get stains out of my carpet and the upholster in my car that we could have never removed ourselves. They even took the care of moving my furniture back and laid out my oriental rugs on a dry surface after cleaning them.Thank you Paul for outstanding service!!!!

This guy is bad news. He is using Groupon and LivingSocial, but apparently hates both companies. My wife called to make an appointment, and he repeatedly said "you realize there will be extra fees." She asked what fees, considering the language of the Groupon specifies additional fees in only very specific circumstances (none of which apply here, like extra square footage). He refused to specify and said he'd show up and look at the job and tell her the price. Reading other reviews, it appears this is his standard practice. Show up, tell you the cost is far more than what your Groupon covers, then

Awful! Got a deal from Living Social. Paul (owner) showed up late then came in and looked around and told me I should buy all these extra services because otherwise he won't make any money. I declined. He then told me he was too busy to clean my floors and he's show up later. He came back and again pressured me to get additional areas of carpet cleaned that I didn't want. Carpets weren't even clean when he was done.

I had an appointment , he called and asked if he could come early so I rushed home and he ended up being a complete no show. I tried calling several times and he wouldn't answer my call. Cannot recommend. While making the appt he was also complaining about how much money it's cost him to use groupon. Very unprofessional.
