Formulated with a powerful surfactant package that effectively draws soil away from the carpet's surface and into the encapsulation polymer. Clean Des Moines customer service is apparently very rude to small businesses only. If you're a corporate account, feel free to use their service. Their advertisement on Google should say "WE ONLY WANT TO WORK WITH YOU IF YOU ARE NOT A SMALL BUSINESS." If a big corporation is your ideal clientele, then you should state that instead of stating FREE QUOTES..
