New pool owner here. Sadly, I'm outside of the service area for the company who built my pool. I found Prime Pool after doing an exhaustive search online and reading reviews. I'm one month in on my cleaning contract and so far, so good. My pool looks great after each weekly cleaning and they make sure to lock the gate behind them.
The only thing I would like (that I got from my pool installer while they were doing my cleanings per the contract) is a summary report after each cleaning. It included all the details of time arrived, time left, chemical settings

Prime Pool Service saved our pool for the winter!
Our pool heater broke in the 2021 freeze, and we spent months trying to get someone out to fix it. Unsuccessfully.
Then one day, we called up Prime Pool Service, and they sent out Jeremy.
Within an hour, Jeremy had located our EXACT pool heater. Within a week he had a crew come out to lug it over my fence. And then he personally installed it. He was equal parts problem solver and professional.
From now on, when I need someone to work on my pool, I'm calling Prime Pool Service (and requesting Jeremy).

I had a gooey green pool that no amount of chemicals from the pool store OR another pool service seemed to be able to fix. Prime pools came out quickly and started abating the problem on the first day and within less than a week my pool was perfect. They come weekly without fail and it has never looked better my kids commented it was like swimming at a hotel. The photos are before and after

Prime Pool Service was able to resolve an issue that had been a problem since February 2021. Jeremy was able to diagnose and resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. He also resolved an issue that would have caused damage to my pool equipment. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Prime Pool Service.

Cameron from Prime Pool Services was one of the nicest and most professional person I have ever hired. He was not a pushy sales guy, was responsive, showed up on time, and delivered exactly what he promised. I have worked with other pool services for repairs and had to chase them to come do the work. I will absolutely call Caneron again for any future repairs.

Extremely happy with the services provided by Prime Pool. Cameron was awesome- super responsive, on time and happy to teach us along the way. Called on Friday, the team was out here by Monday and by Thursday the pool was drained, power washed, fixed lights, cleaned filters and refilled/balanced. Primepool helped me maintain the pool on my home for almost 11 years and I was never disappointed. Anytime I had any issues they quickly came out to take a look for any repairs needed. My Service leader, Amir Turcios and my repair specialist Travis did a particularly amazing job when I was ready to sell my home making any and all necessary repairs sited on the inspection report very quickly even knowing that I would no longer be a customer. New to Austin and was referred to Prime Pool Service. So far, they've been great to deal with. Show up every week on time, and available to answer my questions. Their tech guy "jeremy" was great educating us about our system and how to use many of the functions.

We contacted Prime due to great reviews. Our long-time pool service had declined significantly in quality, to the point that we needed a new service. Prime has been everything we could hope for! They did a filter service, and a stubborn high pressure problem was resolved. Pool is consistently in far better condition than before, really ideal water quality. This is for a pool under trees in a rainy summer, so they really are on top of it! They are responsive to calls, seem very service oriented, and we are very satisfied.

Prime Pool Service took over servicing my pool when the owner of the previous company we used (since 1996!) retired. The transition was seamless. The techs show up on time, they're professional and helpful, and our pool looks great!

Jeff is very nice and I trust him to care for my property in Freemont even though I don't live in the area . He always text me when he arrives and when he leaves . I was having a problem with my renters and Jeff kept an eye out. It's nice to see a younger person working hard.

I would recommend prime pool services to all my friends and family. Jeff was very nice and professional. He was easy to reach by phone and text and responded promptly. He's very knowledgeable with proper chemicals to maintain your pool looking crystal clear!

I always use prime pool services for repairs to my pool/spa equipment and heater. I was able to book an appointment within a couple days when my heater stopped working. They gave me a bid, ordered parts and had it fixed in less than a week.

I will for sure use them for any other issues/maintenance for my pool/spa!

Ive had a pool for two years and I was having a hard time maintaining the algae that continued to build up. I was already working with a seperate pool company and took a shot and called Merica Pools. Someone by the name of Jeff, arrived and was extremely helpful in explaining everything. He was very friendly, and at first, you will notice that he is very experienced and knowledgeable in his craft. He continues to work on my pool on a weekly basis, and whats even more great, is that this past summer was that much more amazing with a full sized pool...that operates properly!
