Caribbean Pool Service

We have had this pool service for one month we .we had la bellas for 10 years prior with excellent service but they no longer service our area. Pool guy came today and there 2 inches of very visible dried up yellow pollen on the tiles that is easily brushed off but he left it. Also pool did not have any fresh smell of chemicals so we are pretty sure that he did not add any. Called owner and told him. He was going to send the guy back but changed his mind and decided not to clean our pool anymore.

We have trusted Victor and Juan to keep the pool clean for almost 2 years. Victor quickly handles feedback and concerns when they rarely arise. I personally liked the taste of our fresh water pool and the chemicals were never overwhelming. Glad to have Caribbean Pool Service take care of our pool and recommend it to the next tenants in this home. Our pool isn't the nicest pool and needs to be overhauled. But Victor or Juan never made us feel bad about what we had and did their best to take care of it for us.

Service was good at first then the service person was different after awhile sometimes he would show up there was several months where he would only come once or twice a month and when I complained victor would tell me he said he showed up basically calling me a liar then my pool started to get algae quite a bit so victor came out and agreed he didn't come the week before but I still had to pay the full amount no discount come to find out it was his younger brother oh that explains why he was able to slide for so long then the last straw was he told me I have a good guy he's one of my

I used this pool service for about 3 years for my rental property. At first everything was good and the owner Vector seemed very sincere. About after a year of service he automatically increased the service charge without informing me - my only indication was the hike in the invoice. I never agreed to this but still had to pay. After about 3 years I was selling my home and he suggested changing the filters. I paid him in advance but the house sold very fast (no surprises there). The new owner wanted to get rid of the pool and since the part had not yet been ordered, I immediately called

They were super good when they first came out. But once I got rid of them we took the filters out. They were so filthy dirty from them not ever cleaning them. The pool looked great but my bran new filters turned black from not being cleaned. So if you decide to go with them just keep an eye on them filters.

Our Pool was dirty and filled with algae since we had covered it for few months. Wanted to start swimming again and we called Victor and he responded immediately. Came the same day, checked the pool out and started working on it.
Very courteous and knowledgeable about the pool, pump, etc. He did such a great job that we've decided to use Victor & his Team to do our Monthly Pool maintenance.
