Since 1992, Cervantes Pool Service Inc. has been maintaining swimming pools all over the Bay Area. Cervantes Pool Service is a family owned and operating business founded by owner Tino Cervantes who has 33+ years of experience. Licensed by the California State License Board, we specialize in providing San Mateo & Santa Clara counties pool cleaning services and repair maintenance for both residential and commercial pools.
Though a swimming pool is a wonderful amenity to have on your property, it can also require a lot of attention and maintenance. I received a raving referral to Cervantes Pool Service - both Tino and Steve have far exceeded my expectations! They are both extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. My pool was lovingly maintained by its previous owners, but it was definitely in need of a lot of deferred work. Tino and Steve recently upgraded my pool controls and reprogrammed my solar panels at a very fair, reasonable price. I'm also super happy to see them weekly for regular cleanings. My pool has been restored to its maximum potential. I'm extremely happy, and am grateful to be their client.

Tino and his crew are very conscientious and work hard keeping the pool sparkling clean. They are all easy to work with, reliable and pleasant to have around. Our pool is challenging because there are many large trees overhanging it and dropping debris all the time. We also want to keep the chlorine low because of sensitivity to it. They are doing a marvelous job of accommodating our needs, and for a reasonable price. We are delighted.

We switched to Cervantes Pool Service several months ago after suffering increasingly bad service by our previous pool service. Tino Cervantes is the owner with excellent employees who know what they are doing and are personable. They have been very reliable. Tino responds very quickly to my text messages. Our pool looks great.

We have been using this family-run pool service for just a few weeks and have been blown away with their level of professionalism, service, courtesy, and warmth. We were in dire need of a true professional pool service company for our rather large residential pool after going through so many different bizzaro experiences on Craigslist throughout the years.

Cervantes Pool Service has taken care of our pool for the last 17 years. The maintenance has always been very good and reliable. We recently upgraded our filtering system, which was done quickly and at a reasonable price. There might have been a time a few years back when there was too much work for this small company (hence the dissatisfied comments from past reviewers) but that is no longer the case as the staffing has increased. I feel fortunate to have had such a good service during all these years.

Unreliable service. I call their office multiple times and leave messages asking for help since they serviced my pool. Nobody returns calls and its very hard to communicate with their pool. Thankfully I stopped using their services now and will not be contacting them anymore...if I could give NO STARS, I would!

We hired this company this summer to take care of our pool. We have owned this pool for over 27 years. They immediately required a new filter and other changes which cost us over $1,200. The pool maintenance has been mediocre at best. What is worse is that we arrived home to find a neighbor on our doorstep because water was flooding the neighbor's backyard. We discovered an unattached pipe to equipment they had installed draining our pool into our neighbor's backyard. Our pool has been significantly drained.
