Our pool inspection report includes all above ground pool/spa, equipment, plumbing & electrical inspection that report the condition, any hazards and repairs needed. Periodic filter cartridge cleaning, consists of disassembling the filter, pressure washing the cartridge(s) and lubing the filter tank o-ring.
Pool start up requires daily brushing and gradually adding chemicals to balance the water chemistry to cure the plaster. Water balancing is key in maintaining the water clear and sanitized. Keeping the water chemicals balanced helps keep your plaster from discoloration and damage. Your equipment is at risk of chemical damage if not balanced properly.
