Made the call to Blakenship Air when our a/c went out after working hours and they were very kind and helpful. Tammy answered all of our questions over the phone and set up an appointment for first thing the next morning. The day following the call, Trace came out and had our air conditioning working in less than an hour! He explained what was wrong (a wire had been cut outside) and also drained whatever needed to be done on the inside. He said the draining was to prevent him having to come out again in the future. We were very impressed with his attitude... especially since it was an early morning

Contacted them on a Saturday night when I discovered a/c out because their ad said 24 hour service. They were there at 830 am on Sunday morning and got it fixed. Advised of possible concerns for future and were on their way. Nice people, quick response, and fair price especially for weekend service.

Called this company at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon during Shrimp Fest! Our HVAC died in our beach condo. I know they would rather do anything other than take care of my emergency in the midst of beach festival chaos late on a Friday. I have a maintenance plan, Buddy comes… in, does the work, and calls to let me know how my unit is working. I would recommend a maintenance plan, just for peace of mind. Brian will explain the different plans they have, and will fit you with the best one for you.
