Called these guys in the hottest week of the season thinking it would be days before they could come out. They said someone would be there by 1 in the afternoon. Technician (Mark) called at 10:45 and said he was on the way. He was professional, polite and knowledgeable. Had my air cooling again in no time.

I can't say enough about Stone Cold and the quality service that they provide. I left a voicemail on a Wednesday night and received a call back promptly the next morning. After diagnosing the problem with the a/c unit the following day, we decided to replace it due to its age and have them service our other 2 units. Great guys, excellent work, and attention to detail that is second to none! We couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience and would highly recommend them to family and friends. With our new and upgraded a/c unit, we are now truly "Stone Cold"!!! 👍

I snowbird and was informed by my neighbor that my system had quit working. I contacted Stone Cold A/C and he went to the house and diagnosed the problem explaining in layman's terms exactly what was going on. He gave me prices and options to repair or replace that were very reasonable including upgrading options. Without feeling pressured, I replaced the system. He kept me informed and installed the new unit. When we returned home, the system was great and then started not working properly. He immediately came out and diagnosed a faulty thermostat that was only a couple months old that I did not

Absolutely an amazing company ! We had our AC system break at the office. The guys at Stone cold were here within the day of calling for an estimate . There was no pitch to selling us something we didn’t need, just facts. We couldn’t be happier with our new AC system and how it was installed. The guys were very thorough and just all-around great customer service. I would highly recommend to any friends or family.

Extremely efficient young men. Fairly priced and did not try to upsell me on anything. They both wore masks and were professional and courteous. I also like the ease of payment via their web portal. Within 2 hours of my call they were here, had diagnosed, and fixed the issue. Basically my coils had frozen from air blockage (forgot to replace my filter timely). I am super impressed with this company.
I can only assume that the 1 star "review" is from a competitor or the like...and definitely not legitimate. So, don't let that dissuade you from calling them : )

Old fashioned professionalism at it's finest!! This young man answered my husband's call immediately. Arrived when he said he would. He was extremely knowledgeable and went the extra mile to explain what certain parts of our air conditioner were needing and how to keep it in optimal condition.
