Called this company and booked an appointment weeks out. Talked to Paul in detail about what my problem was. He described the zone control system that they could install.
I confirmed appointment the day before, I also called the day they were supposed to come out. Finally had the owner call and tell me that don’t fool with this anymore. So I rearranged my day for a visit they never intended to make, and did not communicate until I called them to confirm when they would arrive.

I called at 7 AM to make a appointment and the person that helped me said that they did not know if they service my area but would have someone call me. Three hours later i called them back and they said we are sorry but we no longer service that area. I should not had to wait that long to find that out, now i have too wait three days until someone can come out to fix my a.c. in 90+ weather. They were nice and let vent about them and last time they came to my house the service was great.

Two workers came out from Comfort Solutions due to the a/c not working in the condo. I couldn't explain what the problem was without one of the workers telling me it was not the unit, but the door open on the patio. After trying and trying to explain it was the door, he then came up with another excuse. They literally spent less than 5 minutes, left, charged for the repair visit, and of course, no a/c all day. I should have known they were not trust worthy after reading all of the other reviews.

I've had mixed experiences with these guys. I had a good experience a couple years back but then less than that last year. The technician walked into the house, changed the thermostat even though it wasn't the issue and then added it onto the bill. Eventually found the issue but said the old thermostat wouldn't work. I feel like they wanted to put that thermostat on because it has their phone number on it.
