Day 2 of waiting oast a scheduled appointment. The first day I took off work from 12-6pm waiting on soneone to come clean the carpets. At approximately 5:57pm. I get a call atating the apartment complex added air duct cleaning services and they recommend doing both services together. We rescheduled for the following day from 8:30-9pm arrival time. It is now 9am and they are again a no call no show. Wasting my vacation hours on unprofessional companies is the worse.

Call and make an appointment two week in advance to get my tile and grout clean and also call to confirmed my appointment the day before. My appointment was for May 25 between 8am to 10am. I wait all day and still no one call or even show up. This company is very very unprofessional. I will never use or call the again.
