I had Quality First come out to clean my dryer vent, primarily the portion on the roof. They were on time, professional, and very helpful. The tech gave me a lot of tips on maintaining my washer and dryer and did an amazing job. I've already set a reminder to schedule service with them in six months and highly recommend them to anyone.

There's a reason they have a 5 star rating! I emailed to get a price and they responded very quickly. We scheduled an appointment and Andrew came to clean out my dryer vent. Best $89 I've spent in a very long time! I truly thought that there was something wrong with my dryer because it was so old, but since Andrew's service it is running like a champ. They will even remind me every year to schedule service, which I will be doing from now on. If/when I need an appliance repair, I will absolutely be calling them.

Bryan was great! Very responsive to my text message and when we did talk he was very helpful. We set up a time for him to come check our washer at 2:30pm, I got a call at 2pm telling me he was on site. I wish other major companies were as prompt. Bryan was very detailed and knowledgeable, he answered every question I had and didn’t seem to mind giving me his thoughts and ideas when I asked. I will definitely call him again if I have issues with other appliances. Prices were so reasonable, so give him a call you’ll be glad you did.

We highly recommend Bryan! He has come to our home twice and helped us greatly each time. Unfortunately we have to buy a new washer (of course, not his fault) and he would not accept payment for today's service although he was there for well over an hour and helped us greatly by fixing our washer short-term to get us through 'til we can get a new one. A great guy...our Australian shepherd even liked him off the bat and that's saying a lot! :-)

Contacted them in the morning and came same day, Bryan called me back and Andrew came out and serviced my dryer vent and then did another home immediately following that I maintain, as after seeing his work and how he went above and beyond to make sure everything was safe in the home. He was very professional, helpful and cleaned up as he finished. I was extremely pleased with the service and will and already have recommended them to several people. Thank you Bryan and Andrew.

On short notice they came out to clean my vents (within an hr of me calling)because I was having issues with he dryer drying the laundry. Luckily the came because they told me that at some point I might have had a fire due the discoloration of the area. Few days later my dryer wasn't working properly and he came back out today and cleared our problem. They were prompt, friendly and prices are incredible. Would recommend to everyone.

My daughter was freaking out when her oven went out today. She bakes lot of pies for Christmas. I asked for a recommendation on the hub and Quality First was recommended. My daughter called and said that he was very professional, showed up on time and fixed the problem immediately. Very reasonable pricing, highly recommend. Wonderful company responded quickly and I was so impressed with the father son duo that I asked them to work on my other two residences. Andrew showed up on time did what he said he was going to do gave us some tips on maintenance and was very informative. I wouldn't use anyone else for dryer vent cleaning or appliance repair other than them in the future highly recommended!!
