My 6-year old Thermadour oven went out, so I called the place where I bought it and asked for a certified Thermadour repair service, and they recommended Bageard Appliance Repair. Ryan from Bageard came out to repair my oven but instantly told me he had little experience with Thermadour. He spent an hour at my house trying to diagnose the problem but ultimately called Thermadour to help. He couldn’t explain the problem well enough, so Thermadour told him to just order all three parts and then figure out which one I needed. Ryan quoted me $730 for one part! After he left, I called Thermadour myself

Ryan from Bageard Appliance is reliable, honest, helpful and does excellent work. Bageard doesn't have an emergency 24-hour service, so i had to hire someone else look at my dishwasher in my rental unit on short notice. The tech told me the water pump was "bad" and needed to be replaced (I could hear it being energized and trying to run). Not trusting this diagnosis, I waited a couple days for an appointment with Bageard (meanwhile, I drained the dishwasher and sprayed some diluted bleach to kill the awful smell for the tenants).

We have been using BAS for almost 20 years, Jack, the dad and now son Ryan have kept our SubZero refrigerator running ever since it was new, even when under warranty and now without warranty. The level of service has always been promt, courteous and very efficient. I highly recommend them without any reservations.

Call these folks if you have a problem with your refrigerator - you'll be extremely glad you did. Their service is outstanding.
On the recommendation of the president of the Plant City Chamber of Commerce I Googled Bageard Appliance Service and read about the fact that they were a family business, etc. Their website indicated that there would be an $80 service call charge which included $55 trip charge and 15 min of diagnosis and repair; additional time, if needed to fix the problem, would be at a rate of $25 per 15 minutes. This all seemed to be in line with other companies doing similar repair

I called and explained that our LG fridge was broken and that a repair tech had already tried and failed to fix the thing. Asked if they could help.
A tech came out to repair our LG fridge. Stated that he can not go in to the "closed system" so there is nothing he can do. Charged us $130 for this visit.

I have called Bageard Appliances several times to have different things around my house fixed. Both Ryan and Jack have come at different times. They've fixed my ice maker on my refrigerator. They've replaced my garbage disposal. They've fixed my dishwasher. Each time they've been here they've been courteous, prompt and and knowledgeable. I keep calling them each time I have an issue because they've been reliable and good. I recommend them because they have been honest, knowledgeable and helpful.
