I needed a short term solution to the problem of storing my boat trailer. Big Oak was that solution. I had out door storage for one month with 24 hour per day 7 day per week secure storage. I was issued a pass key to enter their locked storage facility. The rate was reasonable. The service was excellent. I would have given 5 stars except for the fact that the access to my storage area was via a set of "steps" in the driveway that required.very careful and slow passage with my tow vehicle which had low clearance.

Nice storage facility but the lady who operates the facility needs help with her customer service skills/respect/attitude. She never comes off as a person you’d want to do business. A smile or this thing called “being polite” is a easy skill when dealing with customers. Yes this is a storage unit facility but your dealing with the public and CUSTOMERS. This is a business that provides a service thus customer service or respect for your customers should be an asset for an employee or owner. Even over the phone you can hear the bitterness/negative attitude of this lady every time you talk to
