The Reservation Deposit is the deposit amount needed to reserve a unit and the full amount will be credited back on the first rental invoice. This unit is the equivalent to an extra-large garage.
Furnishings of a four or five bedroom house can be stored (mattress sets, sofa, chairs, washer/dryer, shelves, tables and chairs, patio furniture, toys, clothing, boxes OR vehicle and some household items or business files) These units have electricity in them.This is our largest unit. Called Duckhead Storage 9/5/2019 in Lake Ozark, MO and spoke to Kelly (owner) about unit availability. We had sold our condo and needed storage while we looked for a house to buy. She told me they had 10x15’s available and I could book it on line.
On 9/6/2019 I went to their website and registered as a new customer. Received an acknowledgement email back that I had registered successfully. Registration also confirmed by Kelly on subsequent phone call. I then went to book a 10x15 sized unit. Charges to my credit card were summarized (partial for Sept, $10 or $15 admin fee, and the next months
