All of our buildings have moisture barriers underneath the concrete slabs meaning moisture cannot wick up through the concrete and affect your possessions.
Our buildings have an insulation condensation barrier in the roofs. You won't experience the hot and cold condensation of a metal roof and the resulting mold and mildew problems of lesser facilities. When a unit vacates, we clean it out and spray the interior with an insecticide that lasts 9 months.
We spray the exterior of our buildings with an insecticide once a month during the warm weather months. Our climate controlled units are maintained at 68 degrees during the winter and 72 degrees during the summer. Humidity is controlled in a 20-60% range. We have had customers put their belongings in our climate controlled units for 4 years and have not had a speck of dust on anything.

All climate controlled units have roll-up garage doors and are accessible from an interior hallway. Our buildings have doors located at both ends. We have a dolly and cart on the premises to assist your moving needs. We maintain our climate control at 68 degrees in the winter and 72 degrees in the summer.
