This is a fantastic flooring company. Ordered vinyl plank and there were some Covid related issues with delivery. Greg, the owner, took care of us and our family and got everything installed in one day when the flooring arrived. I can't praise Greg and his guys enough. Excellent customer service and a fantastic company. Highly recommend!!!

After interacting with Fredericksburg Hardwood through a free estimate, I became convinced that Greg knew the flooring business and knew how to deal with our complex, whole house reflooring. We could not be more pleased. The product was delivered on time, with precision and obvious care. Greg was still cleaning the beautiful new floor as he walked out the door to leave. We highly recommend this business for anyone looking to add hardwood floors to their home. Greg and his crew arrived on time, and completed the job in a lot less time than we expected for the given size of the job – this included removing old carpet as well as moving large furniture. His workers were polite, fast, thorough and friendly. A great experience from start to finish! This shop is locally owned and operated which I appreciated. It was nice to see the father son relationship. Unlike your local hardware shop they were fast, and efficient. Cost was very competitive. They communicated very clearly and did exactly what they said they would do. If you have ever hired a contractor that is typically no the case at all. The project was fast (in a good way) and you could tell they cared about me and not just the money I was spending with them.
