They installed new AC and Furnace. They were on time, and did professional work, answered all my questions. Made sure everything worked before leaving and cleaned up after themselves. I am very happy with the systems and the work that was done. I got several estimates and found R&R very reasonable with their pricing and I liked that I could talk to the one who was going to do the installing as oppose to a salesman.

QUICK NOTE - they ARE open for business during this crazy ordeal!
I put out a message to multiple HVAC companies to come by and look at my air conditioning before the summer. Within a hour I had multiple messages in my inbox but based off the reviews I only wanted to go with R&R and they did not let me down. I received a phone call the following morning and within a half hour a technician was at my house taking care of business. The technician was on the EXACT timeline he said he'd be which was awesome and a bummer because it was raining outside but that didn't stop him from digging

Love, love, love, this company! A few weeks ago, I created a heating/furnace project and submitted it into Yelp and had several companies come out to give an estimate. Brandon, the owner, conducted the most thorough examination of my 50-year-old furnace and patiently described the issues within the unit. After comparing his estimate to the others, I felt that he was fair and honest within the estimate and I felt completely comfortable moving forward.
I appreciate that it didn't take a long period of time between contracting and the actual installation (it is getting cold rather quickly).

I was very impressed with R&R! I've already recommended them to two friends just today. The problem was a condensation leak. It was water at the base of my unit which had spread into the next room and carpet. (yuck) The tech, Jesse, came to diagnose, repair and service. Everything from start to finish was A+ -- the response on yelp "project" to get a quote was polite and quick. Then we had some yelp messages back and forth (quickly) to schedule me for the very next morning. He was to arrive between 8a and 9a and I received a text shortly after 8am that he was on his way

I've used R&R HVAC for numerous jobs and each time is better than the last. Brandon and Jesse are both extremely knowledgeable and friendly. These guys are legit. Quick response. On time. Accurate assessment. At first inspection of my 10+ year old hvac, Brandon surmised that the problem could be a missing trap even though it worked perfectly until now. After further investigation he was certain he was correct. So, he told me my options and sold me only what was necessary. He built the trap and the whole visit was under an hour.

I had a great experience using these guys to replace my A/C unit. They were very honest and trustworthy, which I greatly value when making a fairly large buying decision such as this. I felt they have me a very honest assessment of my old unit and there was no pressure to buy a new one. We had a near perfect experience with R&R when we needed a brand new AC duct system in our attic. Brandon responded back first to our inquiry on Yelp and was so easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. Pricing was fair, team was professional, and everything was completed on time. Quite possibly one of the smoothest home projects I've ever had done. From the time I requested an estimate until the time my a/c system was installed everyone I spoke with and came to my home was extremely courteous and professional. Great guys who do great work. They are professional, but also personable and friendly. They didn't try to sell me on things simply so they can make money, and actually discouraged me from buying expensive equipment when something off the rack from Walmart would do.

I sent a request for HVAC service at around 6am this morning. R&R got back to me within 10 minutes and were at my office by 10:30am. They repaired the issue quickly, checked the units in the rest of the office and showed me how to prevent the issue from happening again. They were very professional and very fairly priced. I'll definitely be using them again.
