This is the second job Martin has done for us and as always, he is very professional, quick, and efficient. He showed up on time and I even got status updates on his location and a phone call letting me know when he was on the way. He also took the time to explain what he was doing. My tenant called because the power had gone out in parts of this unit I owned and she needed to be in constant contact with her clients and my repair person could not be located. I am so grateful for this company. Gilbert Enterprise was awesome. They install my EVSE ChargePoint Flex Charger and a additional outlet for my Zoeller Sump Pump with Backup. All work was done as expected and they did a great job of cleaning up. Thank you to Romiro and Cristian!!! I'm using it now!! :-)

I contacted over 10 companies to help with some electrical work in my rental property. Gilbert was the easiest to communicate with, on time, professional, kind, and honest. In our consult he found a loose wire that was causing a major problem; he fixed it with no charge and it took him a few minutes. That’s when I knew I would like him to come back and do the other work we had. I had a major company come the day before to do a consult and they did not catch that. I appreciate the honesty, and would refer Gilbert to anyone looking for quality service at an affordable price.

Gilbert's team were very helpful in installing new electrical outlets and grounding a few others that they discovered had not been previously grounded. Although it became a more expansive job than I had anticipated, I am very grateful for them discovering the electrical risks in my house, explaining my options, and being patient in working through the work with me. Their staff were professional, prompt, and did quality work throughout - I would definitely use them again for my electrical needs.

He runs a very well organized, friendly, and knowledgeable business that always puts their customers first. My condo had a leak from the HVAC system and I called Gilbert Enterprise for service. They were very responsive and were able to send someone out within 2 days. They were very prompt, professional and polite. The technician was able to complete the job within 45-50 minutes. I was given updates throughout the time there and there was follow up from them as well. I will use them again and would highly recommend their services.

I didn't have heat for more than a week and finally could not take it anymore, as the temperature was declining. I called Gilbert Enterprise after the previous company I used refused to service my system and they sent a technician within a day! He troubleshooted and fixed my problem after quickly ordering the parts needed. They gave me a great price (I know because I called around) and explained everything to me before, during and after. Great customer service. You have a customer for life with me!
