Installed heating system in March 2019, and it had to be repaired due to improper installation in December 2021. The heating system was installed on a tilt causing improper drainage and buildup of condensation causing the motor to stop in the middle of winter. When contacted, JD Air would not repair since it was not within 12 months of installation. When asked if "they stand by their work?" they gave a non-committal answer. Would not recommend this company for the long-term.

Julian feels like family after multiple positive interactions. We hired Julian to install a new AC system to replace an old one. Compared to other quotes, he spent considerable time listening to our needs and tailoring the quote accordingly. While we ultimately went with a more traditional system, I appreciated that he offered a few options, including one creative one in response to our preliminary interests. The day of the install was a long one, going well into the night, but throughout the process we felt Julian and his team paid attention to detail and treated the job with utmost respect. We

Even though my job was very small and it was because something I did wrong, Jesus never made me feel like the job was not worth his time. He is very professional and explained everything to me so well, I think I could now be an hvac tech. He was honest with me when making recommendations and didn’t try to “sell” me on anything I don’t need. His recommendations were spot on, and I will follow up and use them for all of my hvac needs from now on.

Never in my life has a contractor made an $8,000+ substitution for a new heat pump without first getting approval from the owner. Never. Now that they have been paid, they will not respond to the most simple questions. AND they installed the new hvac air filter location behind an EZ-TRAP overflow...so you must twist and bend (destroying it) the air filter to get it in and out of the furnace duct. The EZ-TRAP piping should have been adjusted away several inches. Beware!!!
