This company is fantastic from the first phone call to financing to the work they did. My HVAC system decided to die during the cold weather on a Monday. They had me set up with measurements and financing and system in by Friday in the same week. Everyone I have spoken to and worked with at this company have been fantastic. They are sooo pleasant and go above and beyond for their clients. I 100% recommend them. Thanks to the replacement and prompt service, my electric bill dropped $300 this month!!!!! Thank you AP Mathews!!!!!

Excellent service overall! A.P. Mathews was able to identify and resolve an issue that other companies had not been able to resolve and they did so at a reasonable cost! Their customer service is wonderful, the service scheduling was easy and I received well timed reminders and updates when the technician was on the way (and arrived on time within the service window stated). I highly recommend A. P. Mathews and have also added a maintenance contract they were so good!

I'm here to add to the 5 star reviews. The guys came out to install a new heat pump on Friday and did a fantastic job. Clean and neat. My wife worked for a HVAC company for 10 years so we have pretty high standards and these guys met them. Not pushy...could have fixed my 20 year old system for $600 but decided on my own to replace it without being pressured to do so. Very happy with everything! Thank you for the awesome customer service.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Great work, fair pricing, professional, and super quick. Gerry who took the appointment and followed up with me is just the sweetest woman and so understanding and easy to work with. On the day of the visit I had just gotten my son to take a nap after a 2 hour battle and I have a yippy dog so they did a text only visit and were in and out extremely quickly and quietly at a great price. I 100% will use them again and am doing everything I can to spread the word about how wonderful they are! Thank you!!
