Don't even waste your time going to the showroom. Her customer service is so bad how she stays in business (for 18 years as she puts it) is beyond me. She says she is only open on Saturday by appointment only and we walk in (no appointment - sorry something we weren't aware of) and not a soul in there and she did answer a few questions but the general feeling you get when you walk in is "you're bothering me." Not only did she say - not once - but twice "I'm not going to argue with you" when we had some questions...argue - really? Does she really think our main goal that day was to go into her lame

Initally my experience was good, however after 6 months of my stone intall a noticed a chip along the kitchen sink. I contacted Express Kitchen who then asked me to contact Renaissance. After a few days they did contact me and couldn't wait to let me know all the fees involved. I was SHOCKED. They had the audacity to tell me I abused my stone. I waited 15 years to replace my kitchen and under NO CIRCUMSTANCES would I ever be abusive to my belonging. I work hard and raise responsible children, that respect our household.
PLEASE CONSIDER USING A CUSTOMER FRIENDLY STONE COMPANY AND NOT RENAISSANCE
