Stay away from Lowe’s/ECF partnership!
Installer was on time and seemed like a nice person, however I am a very disappointed customer. Tack strips were not installed on the stairs, so there is a big slope on each step. I don’t know if this is a safety issue or not, but definitely looks bad! According to Dan at East Coast Flooring, this is their “standard installation”. My guess is that the guy didn’t have enough tack strips on him, so just skipped it instead of go get some. Also the carpet on most of the steps on the edges (not all of them), are loose, can be pulled up without any excessive

Updating my review, changing from 1 to 4 stars. Initial install had many issues but they stood behind their work and sent out a real pro, Klodia, who completely tore out the backsplash and replaced all dry wall and tile. He spent 2 days ensuring the work was fixed. I would recommend asking for him by name.

The experience my family and I had with them was very good. They were on time, even a few minutes early. They came in helped move furniture before and after carpet installation. Communication was excellent. The job was done in a decent amount of time and with much detail to make sure we were happy with the end result. Definitely would use their services again.

East Coast Flooring called me about three days after I ordered my carpet at Lowe’s and told me it was in. American made! They scheduled my job today the crew of Rich and Marco were very professional and called me with exact time of when they would arrive. They were very courteous and got the job done quickly and quietly. I was pleased they took the time to listen to myself and my husbands concern with the room., they even let me vac up the floors as I had asked to get rid of any dust under old carpet and old pad. Job came out great. They cleaned up and vacuumed the new rug. Would definitely recommend

Wilmer, Jorge and their crew installed Cali bamboo engineered wood flooring in our foyer, dining room, great room and kitchen. They came out a day early to look over the job and address any possible issues before they even began the installation. They made sure that we all knew and understood what the project would entail. This was a two day process and they arrived each day on time and ready to get to work. Vladimir and his partner did our carpeting for our home today and I can’t say enough great things! Being business owners ourselves, it’s refreshing to see people in industries with great attitude and I can say that Vladimir came in with a focused attitude. His work is also very clean and precise which left us very much impressed. Vladimir went out of his way to even help move some of our furniture and even helped us with our circuit when our power randomly went off. Overall, great hardworking people with an amazing work ethic & impressive job quality.

Wilber and his crew from East Coast Flooring quickly removed all the old carpet from my condo. They were accommodating when asked to make room for the other workers who were removing furniture. Every time they needed to use the bathroom or kitchen, they politely asked permission.
They worked quickly and steadily from 8:30 am to 4:00 -4:30 pm during the two days they were here. The bamboo flooring is extremely well done and they installed it perfectly despite some leveling issues that were not anticipated.
I was really impressed by the amount of hard work that they did with literally no problems

Amazing service! They installed carpet for me in two bedrooms of my house. Scheduling was easy and timely, communication was great, and Rich and Marco did a fantastic job laying the carpet and cleaning up before they left. Highly recommend!

Miguel and Francisco are terrific. They were punctual, professional, efficient and very pleasant. They spent time explaining where we should put the seam so we wouldn’t see it. If I didn’t know where it was I would have thought there was no seam in my carpet. I highly recommend them. They care about the quality of the work they do!!!
I was also pleased with the ease of scheduling a convenient time for the installation on our carpet, and the follow-up reminders for the appointment.

Guys got about 1100 sq. ft of laminate flooring done in under 6 hrs. That includes ripping up the carpet and hauling it away for us. Can’t thank them enough. The place looks completely transformed!

Jason and Sebastian did an awesome job and were so helpful in the whole process. They even went with us to insure we were sold the right floor after twice being sold the wrong stuff.
