I can’t say enough good things about Bobby. Not only was his tile work in both of our bathrooms amazing… he was professional, on time, very neat, honest and more that fair on his pricing. His attention to detail was on point. Bobby listened to what we needed and was honestly a joy to have in our home while doing the work we needed. I would not look any further for any tile work you need done.

If I could give him 0 stars I would. Totally blew me off. I needed a few boards replaced due to termite damage and he came over and gave me a reasonable quote. Told him I accepted his quote and he said he would be over in 3 weeks to do it. Well it's six weeks later and I never heard back from him despite numerous texts and calls to him. Would not recommend this business! Call Nick from Custom Hardwood flooring. He's professional and has integrity.

I just want to tell you about this company and the owner, he is the best person , I was calling around for some prices on installing hardwood floors, called his competitor and he could not even give me the time of day , i spoke to Bobby owner of Charter Oak Flooring and he said let me pull over (he was driving)and take your information i told him what i had he gave me a price and i told him that i was not ready yet he told me to call him about a week before I did he came over look at the project and we set up the date , he was very attentive knew his business when he start the job i spoke to him

I love working with Charter Oak Flooring! Bobby installed the tile in my 2 bathrooms in 2012 and 2013. He also did the tile backslash in my recently updated kitchen. He's very creative and offered great design advice. His attention to detail is incredible. He is very neat when working - always keeping my house clean. They can't make or keep appointments . Would never recommend. Waited twice for them to show for scheduled appointment. NO SHOW TWICE
Then day of third try ,they called to reschedule Really do they think people just have nothing to do??
Believe me bad news fast !
My advice. Use someone else if you want your floors done in this millennium
