DO NOT PAY THESE GUYS EARLY. All quality of the job goes out the window after that. Horrible communication, you become the least of their worries, and then the cleanliness of the job site doesnt become a priority anymore. Release powder sat for 5 days. Jason finally came to pressure wash it and did a horrible job. There was release splatter all over my neighbors yard. I didnt know i paid somebody to do a job that i have to finish. Not professional at all. Their bio on Yelp says “We dont leave a job until our customers are completely satisfied with the product produced”. Apparently thats a lie

I work for a property management company in Pleasant Hill and one of our properties needed Seismic Retrofitting work done. The owner Jason met with me by phone, explained what their process was and the costs to complete the work. He was patient, professional and able to answer all of my questions without hesitation. We pulled out a wooden deck and wanted to replace with stamped concrete. Jason came out and measured it, we talked through some of the details and he understood what we wanted. He was very easy to work with. Was always communicating with me every step of the way. He and his team did great work pouring and stamping out 13+ cubic yards of concrete. Thanks Jason.
