I am very pleased with the service at this location. The employees are all very kind and welcoming.The dealership itself is very organized and immaculate when it comes to cleanliness. I’ve needed to order parts for my SUV and James was very attentive and patient with all my questions and needs. Made an appointment for 12:00 for an oil change. Didn't get the vehicle back until 1:20. Typical oil change takes 15 minutes. So much for making an appointment.
PS Received a call and apology from the service department. Matt explained that a typical oil change takes longer because the staff does more than just change the oil. Something about a 10 point inspection. But did admit that an hour and a half is longer than expected and that scheduling, and people not showing up for work is a problem.

These guys are great! Went in for a test drive, uncertain of what I really wanted. We found a very nice vehicle for an affordable price. Austin from the used car department helped us. He was very helpful and friendly made us feel right at home. No sales pressure at all.
The finance process was very simple and fast. Jerry shopped around for the best rate. He was awesome. Advised me on all of my options. The total time from test driving to walking out the door with my new vehicle was about an hour and a half to two hours.
I will definitely be coming back for my next vehicle with them.

I purchased a new vehicle from this dealership, but ultimately I'm a bit disappointed in my decision after owning the vehicle for 24 hours. The vehicle I purchased was sold as new with over 5000 miles on it. This fact was not hidden and the Sales person was abundantly transparent in providing this information upfront. Ultimately I would give the Dealership an A+ for transparency and upfront pricing. I knew what I would be paying for the vehicle before I left my home to pick it up. I arrived at the dealership after the sun had gone down, and completed the purchase. This was probably not the best

I had an issue in Austin today and I called Joe Alvarado at Bluebonnet. He told me that they would not be able to fix my car until Monday I totally understand as this is a holiday. Well to my surprise I got a phone call 3 hours later that my car was fixed. I am so very happy with the service I received from Joe. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

I told him which car I wanted to sit in and in less than 10 minutes we where across the street in their overflow parking where they kept their new vehicles.

Huge shout out and thanks to our salesman Dustin S. We just purchased our ‘21 Explorer from him a couple of days ago. We came into the dealership in the morning to test drive one then went on to check out a few other vehicles. Recently took delivery of a 2021 Bronco that I reserved with Bluebonnet Ford last July. Clayton Haley, my sales consultant, was a tremendous help for us through out the long process. Since it was a custom order, they chose to not add ADM that some many other dealers are doing (especially with the new Bronco). I can't speak highly enough of both Clayton and Bluebonnet Motors company. I will certainly recommend them to anyone and everyone that is in the market for a vehicle.

This place gave me a fair price up front. Will Hancock gave me by far the best service of the four dealerships I visited. When I first started looking for my truck. I told the salesman I was looking to buy in about six months or so. The other dealers basically told me .. there is the parking lot go look. Will Hancock treated me like I was buying right now. Gave me “wow” help in finding what I wanted. So when I was ready to buy I went back to Will. I ordered my F250 in August and I picked it up yesterday. Driving it for a week. I have a 6.7 diesel 19.5 mpg on an F250. Thank you Will!
