This is my second time coming to Bluebonnet Jeep Service department and both experiences were friendly, quick and competent. I easily schedule services with Ms. Debbie L. and she is so delightful and accommodating. The service advisor John J was great! He worked with IT to get my wifi back online and we greatly appreciate it. My husband and I travel for work, so he understood my urgent need for wifi in my jeep. Thank you!

Jeremiah is the man! Jumped through hoops for me at the end of the night, took pictures of the Jeeps I was looking for, got me all set up to make the 100 mile drive the following day. Great customer service; ask for Mr. German Hausas. The finance experience was really easy, a lot quicker than I thought it would be. Thank you Blue Bonnet Jeep for making our new high school graduate extremely happy.
Update, we purchased a soft top for my son’s Jeep, we both are surprised how great it looks. I had Bluebonnet Jeep put it on for us. They scheduled a training session for my son to see how to properly take it off and on. Appreciate the parts (Mr. Bob) and the service department (Mr. Danny) working with me on making this happen.

Had to tow the car. Called Bluebonnet and they worked until they could find a live person to talk to. Turned out it was a recall issue. They recommended the tow truck. Super nice guy drove way out to get the car and was very quick about it. They kept me informed and it was fixed in one day. Even after they said 3 techs were out so they couldn't promise. Car driving great again.

This place is SHADY! We inquired about a Jeep Grand Cherokee with 25 miles on it listed as USED. A salesman called me after my internet inquiry and told me that it was damaged in transit on the trailer to a dealership in Florida, so it had to be titled in order to repair it. The only repair it needed was the rear hitch handle, so this salesman (I think his name was Mike) said he had "no idea" why nobody wanted this car, like everyone was scared of it for no reason.. Okay, fine. He said it was never actually owned or driven beyond dealerships, and that it was sold at auction in Florida

I like the express oil change lane. It was busy, but my Jeep was done . Staff was cool. The sales advisor trying to get me to buy a service package was annoying. Still it was faster and easier than most oil places .

I brought my JL in with paint rust/corrosion issues on numerous areas of my vehicle. The service dept. took pictures and said they had to send them off to be evaluated for verify warranty covered the issues. They said it will take 2 weeks to get back with an update. After waiting over a month, and making several calls/ leaving numerous messages to try and get a status update I was told, "We don't deal with paint issues here, I don't know why they took pictures and told you that. You'll have to take it to another store to be evaluated". So I waited 1 month and 7 days for

I bought my Jeep here from Jose Soria and I highly recommend this dealership! As a woman, I've had
less than good experiences at other dealerships in San Antonio. But that wasn't the case at this dealership.

Jose Soria took excellent care of me and helped me special order a Jeep with exactly what I wanted. He kept in touch with me letting me know when my Jeep would arrive. Once my Jeep arrived, there were no tricks or new charges. It all went smoothly. Janeel in Financing found me a great interest rate and was upfront about all charges. This place lacks the service that they advise on their platforms. I have had my Jeep there for 2 weeks with no real response unless I call the manager. I still can't get a straight quote or diagnostics test sent to me. I would not recommend this place at all.

Where do I even start! Their service department is terrible!! Here is what we text to the dealership, and thought it would make a splendid review. What is the point of a text service for customers to use if we don't get any replies? I have been waiting on a jeep emblem replacement for over a month now and we still have yet to hear from John. I call, but no one answers and all I get is a vm. We are very disappointed, and will take our current and all future Jeep needs to another dealership that is 20 min further than y'all. If anyone even reads these texts, maybe you can help other customers

Bought a 2012 Jeep Cherokee from Jeremiah Kimball about three months ago... the check engine light was on when I test drove it, but after they read the code they assured me it was a past problem, no longer occurring. He promised nothing was wrong, and I bought the car trusting his word. Three days after I buy the car, the check engine light is on again. Turns out it's the VVT Solenoid... not a cheap fix. I come back to talk to Jeremiah, because although it was a used car, morally, he looked me in my eyes and swore there was nothing wrong with the car. Today, he tells me there's nothing

I would give a minus star if available. Was working with James and we received a offer in writing. It was about 2K over our cash price. Suddenly comes back and says, well I can't give you the price I quoted because it's a Rubicon. Well, you had the vin # and pictures, really???? My guess is it's a bait and switch tactic. Save yourself time and energy, go elsewhere!

I bought a used car from them and I experienced honesty. (Honesty! What?!) And a good, fair deal with minimal run around or salesperson prestidigitation. I think that's sadly rare. Standard 'checking with manager' and waiting around to talk to finance blah blah, but that's gonna happen at any brick and mortar. It was minimal and relatively painless. Work with James if you can. He's just the best.

I recently bought my Jeep from here(used) and everyone was super helpful. Ed and Jose worked with me and helped make sure I had a safe and affordable vehicle. Went into this dealership to purchase a Jeep and was immediately met with an older gentleman who knew prices of vehicles but not much else. Every question was met with a simple "Not sure" or "I'll have to look that up". Finally, after settling on a Jeep and trading in our own we submitted our applications. We waited and waited and waited. The salesman walked past us and set down a temp tag behind his desk and walked away. We were incredibly confused. Good luck trying to get answers from their finance department after your purchase. I've already left 3 voicemails and 2 hand written messages from the receptionists for their to call me back. Not to mention that I was hung up on twice.

There are lots of other dealerships in the area. I'd highly recommend that you go their first if you want to be taken care of. I'm personally kicking myself in the bit for not doing the same.

Service was ok, they ignored and didn't fix a recall for the second time. Jeep wont fix their issue. The service side isn't worth the headache. The owner or GM lacks testicular fortitude to call back or engaged customers with complaints.

I feel that it is necessary to provide great feedback when it is deserved and the Bluebonnet staff are very much deserving of a five start rating.

I was originally supposed to see Mr. Ty Houser, due to being with another client he willingly gave a coworker, Mr. Jeff Wegman, my business. Shows the true colors of this dealership knowing that he was giving a sure deal up.

Jeff met me with honest feedback in relation to my requests, and helped steer me (pun intended) towards the vehicle I desired. They did not force any issues during the price talks. They lived up to the TrueCar value I was given
