Absolutely not the dealership you should go to. Im litterly paying for a car that does not work correctly mind you I havent paid my first note.. This car has been in the shop more than I have driven it and im told that to fix it correcly after they didnt fix it the first time or this time that I have to pay damm near $800 on top of the first repairs. Im in disgust with this honestly.. The car stalled on me maybe 4 days after I get the car with all of my kids in the car and Im told its a sensor and a converter.. Anyone that knows cars Know that would not be the reason for it to stall out.. On top

THEY STOLE MY DEPOSIT AS THE TRUCK BROKE DOWN TWICE BEFORE I MADE MY FIRST DEPOSIT! THEY PICKED IT UP BOTH TIMES TO FIX!! (NO FAULT OF MY OWN) HAVE NOT SEEN IT SINCE MARCH 9, 2020. TRIED TO GET ANSWERS! THEY TOLD ME NOT TO CALL THEIR STORE AGAIN! CALLED AUSTIN STORE. DANIEL TOLD ME I CAN NOT GET A LOANER, A DIFFERENT TRUCK, MY TRUCK OR MY DEPOSIT BACK! REFUSED TO HELPED ME. HAS MY $1280 DEPOSIT LINING HIS DIRTY POCKET!!! I HAVE CONTACTED SEVERAL AGENCIES TO HELP ME. NEXT STEP IS COURT!!! AND OMBUDSMAN! I ASSURE YOU I DID NOTHING WRONG! I aided my tenant with car shopping we found what seemed to be a wonderful deal at Steve Chapman Motors.
However after money was put down and an application was filed Chapman's manager called the next day to inform my tenant that there was an error and that the amount what's for a different car than we test drove and the price would have doubled with payments of $500 for financing.
While Chapman refunded the down payment it was very unethical and unprofessional to breach a legal verbal contract where money was put down.
I will not recommend this organization to anyone looking to buy a used car

I had been working with Jessica for over a week. She did everything she could to help me get my vehicle. We had several hurdles trying to get the vehicle my family and I needed at the price that I needed. After several unsuccessful attempts we were finally able to get the vehicle we needed. This was thanks to Mr. Steve Chapman stepping in and working with me to get me to the price we needed. Thank you very much Jessica and Mr. Chapman for ALL your help. I had recently just stopped in to see about a car And I was approached younger gal she was so friendly professional and helpful in my car buying experience however the other lady that happened to be in the office seem very standoffish I was very concerned and confused as of to why she would be working in customer service because she seemed very unhappy to be there. Charise was a very helpful employee. She’s the only reason why I’m writing this review!!!
