The agreement on deferments are understood when signing the contracts, so there should be no surprises! On regular monthly payments, we never had an issue with potential repossession. Communication with their finance company is key! If you're responsible, you will be happy with Auto Deals and your vehicle!

If I could give Auto Deals 0 damn stars I would do just that!!! This place is a rip off and they are ONLY out for a quick dollar or $3,414 in my case😡😡 I went to this dealership in November 2017 for a vehicle. With all of $1500. Not knowing until after the paper work was signed that I would have to pay extra for insurance cause they only take standard policy insurance, which is normally more money! I put down at the time $1,000 for the vehicle and deferred 3 payments of $500 which had my total down payment at $2500. So here Iam paying almost $200 a month in car insurance per their policy

Had my car going on a year today and have already had soooo many problems with it. On top of that I just basically had to pay $1000+ this month alone on my car. I was 2 weeks late on my car payment and they knew I would be because I notified them. Woke up Monday morning and my car was gone! So I had to pay my $400 car payment and $600 to the repo company just to get my car back! Then on top of that I had to pay for all the mechanical problems that it had since getting the car! Was trying to buy my first car for myself. Was working with an older sales man, and felt like he wasnt taking me serious at all. Felt like he was being rude. Was trying to talk me into a car to get and wasnt listening on what I wanted to get. Ended up leaving to red mccombs Toyota and ended up buying a new car way cheaper then what these people were trying to charge me. Will never come here again or wouldn't recommend.

I said that in november when I got my truck. Now 5 months later I'm pissed. I love my truck but within the 5 months I've had trouble. The first week my trucker died on me. The battery had 87% trouble. There went 150 dollars there on top of the 3' 500 dollars deferred payments. Then in January my truck kept saying tighten full cap. I went to auto zone and they gave me three reasons and I went straight to a mechanic and turned out my filters or something like and it costed around 400. Then in February I found out my truck couldn't hold antifreeze

I used to love Auto Deals they used to be so helpful. Now they've caused nothing but problems. I've referred several of my friends to them. Each of them got screwed over. My best friend whom has a 2 year old daughter bought an Altima and within a month she has had so many problems. She put money into fixing the repairs and it still wasn't getting fixed. Auto Deals told her to bring the vehicle as she driving there she smell exhaust in her car. The mechanic told her that she's lucky the vehicle didn't catch fire while she was driving. He told her what was wrong with the vehicle and they would fix

He asked me benchmark questions that put me in a very nice Dodge Nitro SUV. The process was simple and put my mind at ease with my new vehicle. They do not get any stars. From day one no one wanted to listen to my needs. They salesman took me for a drive on an empty tank of gas, yes the light was on. So I did not get to really test the vehicle. Then I mentioned that the left turn light was on constantly. I sat there for 6 hours waiting for them to fix it and update the tires. I left the lot and still broken and did not fix anything. I then called the manager who seemed to get defensive when I was trying to explain things. He stated, "you did buy a used vehicle". The guy I dealt with was awesome. However the windshield had chips in it and the antenna was missing they said it would be fixed take it this was on a Saturday when we went to buy it. I called them on Monday evening and they said it was ready to go so I call back on Tuesday because I wanted to make for sure AGAIN that my truck was ready and they assured me it was. So we go to pick up the truck and nothing had been fixed!! So it makes me angry they lied. So I told them well maybe I should get my money back since I haven't even drove off the lot with the truck and they said they don't give refunds

I bought my car from Auto Deals and I had the smoothest and best experience ever in buying a car.
