Today Dave Kelly, The Benicia Handyman, replaced a security door for me as well as fixed a toilet leak, cleaned my dryer vent, and installed a smoke detector. He was on time, thorough, professional, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend him. I am very happy with the work that he performed.

Love David's quick response and service for our extra hole drilling for the sink to install our water filtration system. The extra hole was needed for the dishwasher and garbage disposal vent. Without it any backup would go into our bottom cabinet. David was kind enough to drop by 3 times, one for estimate, one for drilling and attaching the rubber hose. Then realize we are missing the upper silver housing he went to Ace next day and dropped it off this as afternoon! All for a very reasonable price.

Mr Kelly was very professional in his work habits and our bathroom vanity water damage was expertly corrected. He replaced the old plumbing fixtures and repaired damage to the drywall behind the vanity. He knew what to do and had all the tools he needed. He worked efficiently and carefully while keeping the house clean and orderly. I recommend him to friends for future work.

David did a great job preparing a plot of ground for me to lay pavers. He carefully identified a drainage pipe and a tree root that needed to be avoided. He also put together some patio furniture. David works quickly, brings the proper tools, and cleans up the work area when he is finished. I’ll definitely work with him again.

Our experience with David was all positive. He is honest, reliable and very competent at what he does. If he can't do something he'll tell you up front. We had him build, paint and install an access door to the under house area and install window shutters as well as haul two doors to the dump. We are delighted with his work and give him our best recommendation.
