Victor is very talented and accomplished numerous tasks,. He rebuilt our wooden gate, installed a new mailbox, painted our trellis, etc. Everthing was done well and he also helped our neighbors who were impressed with his work.

I am arranging two additional projects. EXCELLENT!!!! I love the results and had the same project done 2 times in different locations. Third time was more than a charm...soooo happy!!!

We have used Victor since 2013 for a great variety of handyman jobs and always have been extremely satisfied. He analyzes a problem, suggests a solution and estimates the time it will take him to fix it soup to nuts, including buying the necessary materials. He works carefully, so that in the end the thing does not look "patched". He has done everything in our house from replacing a sliding pocket door with a regular one to replacing all internal door hardware to washing our solar panels. Nothing seems too complicated or to mundane. He is very professional, on time and on budget

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXTREMELY HORRIBLE service. This guy is a piece of junk. He can't install the newer thermostats, can't work with paint, doesn't know how to install the newer tv's and could not even install a 3 way switch. All he did was come 15 minutes late, read the manuals and wasted 2 hours of our time and argued about getting paid even though he did nothing. Victor is the WORST handyman in the bay area. In 2 hours the only thing he was able to do was to get money from us and argue with us all the while.
HORRIBLE service and EXTREMELY

I really can't say much about Victor's skills as a handyman. We still haven't heard any response from him five days after leaving a phone message and another message via his website. Doesn't suggest reliability to me. My recommendation is that if you try to contact Victor, go ahead and contact another handyman as well so you're not left hanging like we were. I understand that handymen are busy but, PLEASE -- if you can't take the job, take two minutes to return a message and say so. That way the customer can move on to someone else.

I would be confident in hiring victor to do any job he felt he could do. I called him to fix a leaning fence in concord. I did not have to be home for him to come assess the situation. He called and told me what needed to be done and why he thought the fence was wobbly in The first place. The bid was precise (and reasonable): so much per post, so much for disposal, a but extra for two posts under redwood trees that would require more work. He showed up on time, worked hard, and was done when he said he would be... And a very nice man to boot! He said he can do electrical, plumbing, whatever.

First day with Victor was good but second day started with him telling me he could not stay the whole day as anticipated. Not good.Then when he tried to put up towel bars in both bathrooms he ended leaving me with big wholes in each room and never even got one towel bar up! I needed work done not more created... Now I have to find someone to fix the holes! Also wanted to leave 15 min early and charge me for it after causing the damage to my house. I think there are better out there!!

Viktor recently completed several repairs to the doors in our hillside home. He adjusted all of the french doors and re-installed an interior and exterior door. The work was done with a high level of professionalism and the results are really impressive. He also took apart and re-structured a piece of our deck which had moved significantly. I highly recommend Victor's handyman.

I hired Victor to rebuild my redwood fence that had some severe inconsistencies and some wood rot. He's creative in his design and thoughtful in his pricing. Instead of replacing all of the boards, he removed the rot and made some sizing modifications that not only enhanced the beauty and stability of the fence (and gate) but kept the cost of new materials to a minimum. I couldn't be more pleased. In addition, he added some security lighting, repaired my landscape lighting and handled a kitchen sink and toilet leaks. He's professional, thoughtful and on time; he does what he says

Victor did an AMAZING job hooking up the natural gas and electricity to our new outdoor kitchen! I thought this was a job I could do myself - I'm SO glad I didn't. There was much more involved (with doing it correctly) than I imagined. Victor is professional, courteous, punctual, knowledgeable and most importantly - honest. This was much more than just simple "hook-up's". He ran the gas lines and electrical around the interior of the island in a first class manner - with proper mounting and support. Victor just completed his first job at my house, and I'm delighted to be able to write a positive review for him. My jobs were small ones: replacing the fill valve mechanism on two toilets, and replacing an electrical outlet. I recognize that these were very ordinary jobs, so I can't comment on his expertise for jobs that require resolution of difficult problems, but I can comment on his customer service skills. He arrived right on time, explained exactly what needed to be done, and completed all three tasks within 90 minutes. He was polite, and his work was efficient and neat. I

Victor just doesn't fix to fix. He analyzes the situation, determines the best solution and then makes sure it's okay with the homeowner. He was an electrical engineer, so his professionalism and abilities are top notch.

I've now referred him to all of my women friends who do not have someone to help them with home repairs. He is trustworthy, a gentleman and an excellent worker.

I'll definitely call on him again for help.

Victor seems to be able to do anything! Big or small or if I'm just confused about something, Victor knows what to do or can figure it out. Reasonable pricing, doesn't talk down to you just because you're female. We'll be using him for years to come. Thanks!

Great to find a Handyman and a jack of all trades! Very efficient and ON TIME! Had some electrical concerns and he was able to pin point the problem within minutes! Saved us alot of money trying to figure out the problem...will use him again in the near future!

Used Victor's Handyman Service earlier this month. Excellent service. Decent rates. Efficient, personable, very knowledgeable jack-of-all-trades. Bilingual (I believe Russian is his first language). I'd definitely use his services again.

Did some wallpapering; installed weatherstripping and a door sweep; hung a heavy mirror; did a "placeholder" fix to a kitchen cabinet door to tide me over until I get a proper part; advised me on some other matters for later attention (fence repair, tile work, acoustic improvements to sliding window and sliding glass patio door).
