I have had Bill service our furnace over the years. I can't remember a time that I called him and he wasn't there that day and quickly resolved our issues. Today was another one of those days. I called early in the morning and he was he before noon and as always he left us with a repaired furnace. If you need "the guy" because you are in a jam, then Bill is "the guy" for you.

Bill Novak is an honest and reliable contractor who will do his very best to serve your needs. After our house fire, we needed a whole new heating and cooling system. Bill walked us through the many options, and did a great installation. He has been courteous regarding questions and user errors and is prompt for repairs. He has taken the time to patiently explain how things work in a way that makes sense. Vintage Heating installed the heating and cooling in my new construction. They did an excellent job. Any time I have had a question or needed something their followup has been excellent including answering the phone after hours (about 9pm). No one does that anymore- but Bill does! I highly recommend them.
