Wouldn’t recommend using Gagnon. One of the selling points from Gagnon Heating and Air Conditioning was “that we handle all the paperwork”. When the rebate paperwork wasn’t submitted on time, Jeff gave ever excuses why he wasn’t liable. From we mailed you the paperwork, which he couldn’t verify, to that they couldn’t be held countable for a policy change by Efficiency Maine. Come to find out the policy change happened months prior to contacting Gagnon. Not a person who can be trusted for his word.

Very professional and easy to work with. We had issues relating to coordination with a electrician for final hook-up that was addressed professionally and to our satisfaction with little stress. Would be a good idea for them to either hire an electrician on staff to handle hookups. We’re thinking a second system at some point in the future and would happily work with them again.

One of the finest professionals you will ever retain. Installed a heat pump and boiler in a distressed property in the middle of winter like clockwork. Then 2 months later after the basement flooded, Tony had it operational that Friday evening! Jeff and the team are the best.

5 star experience with Jeff and his entire team. We had his team over for an estimate a year ago and we had to put the job on hold. Once we wanted to pick back up Jeff responded quickly and got the job on the calendar. The install crew was excellent. On time, efficient, and great quality with the install. Can't recommend this company enough.

My wife and I had to take the time to let you know how amazing Jeff and Les are. We could never have foreseen how superb they are when we recently purchased our furnace and hot water heater from them. (The installation and all aspects went smoothly).
