Terribly rude and unprofessional! I called their emergency service number on a Sunday because I had received calls from my tenants that there was no heat or hot water. I was sarcastically reminded by the owner Lee that it was Sunday and his service guy was up to camp and they could not get anyone over until after 8:00 on Monday morning! He told me that it wasn’t an emergency because I didn’t have a gas leak or water all over my floor and too bad ...He said it was physically impossible to be on call 365 days a year 24/7... What would his response been if I did have a gas leak or water everywhere

True North's customer service was excellent. I received a quick call back to my inquiry for annual cleaning & preventive maintenance (PM) on our oil burner. We switched to using Maine Standard BioFuel a few years back and they recommend True North for PM services. I got a prompt appointment and the technician was a pleasure to work with. He gave me excellent feedback on the condition of our boiler with clear communication. He said he'd like to earn our return business and would appreciate if we recommend them to our friends who also heat with BioFuel. He wore a mask, per COVID-19 requirements.

Completely let down by this small company and left hanging. I would likely advise against using them and instead, contacting a service provider who is more responsive, kind and professional. They installed the HVAC/HeatPump system on our house. They also serviced it. During their last visit, which took over a month to get between the time I called and the day they came, we told them we would be moving one of the indoor units about five feet from its current spot. I had an HVAC person lined-up to come do that, but the service tech, who is also one of the owners insisted that we call them to do this

My Viessmann heating system stopped working leaving my home with no heat or hot water during the pandemic. I tried troubleshooting the error code only to realize my system's control unit had gone bad. I called up Lee at True North Energy and he was a pleasure to work with. He was very prompt with clear communication and he was able to troubleshoot and repair my unit all in the same day. I'm very happy with his services. He also wore a facemask the whole time we were in the same space which was greatly appreciated. FIVE STARS - Would recommend and do business with him again.

Heat pump shut off during the night with an error code. I gave them a call and they walked me through some basic troubleshooting and got more information from a tech in the field about my error code. All in all, one call to them, got a quick call back with more information and I was able to get the issue resolved inside half an hour. Very pleased!

If there was a way to put negative stars I would. We spent a fortune installing a wood pellet boiler. We wanted to do the right thing for the environment. We were told the technology was state of the art and fully vetted. It has been a disaster. The boiler routinely goes off for no good reason. The repairs have been costly and there has been no attempt by Revision Heat to replace this "lemon". The boiler malfunctions so frequently we literally can not leave our house unattended in the winter.

I'm a recent customer of reVision Heat and now have a Kedel wood pellet boiler, an air source hot water heat pump, and new dense packed cellulose insulation. reVision worked through exactly what was best for our house and ensured that everything went smoothly. We are well on our way to getting off oil and saving money in the process. Can't beat it!
