Our primary focus was to maintain a high quality of service at all levels. Growth brought about a full installation department enabling HVAC Services to become competitive as a full service mechanical contractor. HVAC Services moved into a new 6,000 square/ft office and fab shop. A new Vicon computerized plasma sheet metal cutout machine was installed along with additional equipment to complement a growing installation department.
Brought about an addition to the expanding shop area. With it a new spiral pipe fabrication machine was added changing the dynamics of our installation while reducing costs and adding value. CNC duct lining station along with our plasma layout cutting table. Our drive thru loading and unloading creates greater efficiency in getting onto the jobsite sooner.

PM contracts are custom tailored to each account and may be inclusive of all parts and labor. Proper preventive maintenance greatly extends the life of the equipment. These guys are terrible. They have delayed fixing our heating furnance at our manufacturing space for a few weeks now. They keep showing up without the right tools or parts, even though they've been by multiple times now and should know what to bring. Today they said they couldn't bring the lift they needed yesterday because there was too much snow....even though it didn't start snowing until last night, and we all know they weren't working at night. They hardly work during the day.

Had an emergency call on Friday. They did an awesome job getting the hood back running. Called at 9am, told them we had to leave for a catering gig by 11:30 at the lastest. The were on scene at 9:45 and fixed by 11am. Very helpful and polite too. I have used them for HVAC work and the hoods for the restaurant. Great Company!
