Recently had a mini split installed in my bedroom. The owner Mack advised me on the proper size and answered my questions with honesty and was very knowledgeable. The installation went smoothly with Bob and his helper who was learning the trade. I liked hearing Bob explain a few things to help him along. Everything looked great. Mack was so easy to work with. They gave us 3 great quotes to pick from for our garage heating and helped us understand the benefits of the different ones. They scheduled our work promptly so that we could get heating before it got too cold. On the day of installation they communicants for everything clearly and worked hard to get everything done. We barely knew they were working and like magic it was all done and set up at the end of the day. Would definitely recommend!

I'm so glad that a friend told me about Mack Air Pro! Have had Mack and his crew here twice for new installs. First visit was for a high efficiency combination boiler which I've been so satisfied with that I had them here again yesterday for a heat pump. Upon starting the unit I noticed an almost immediate difference in temp and humidity. Within an hour the entire house was very comfortable. WE set an appointment for the service call and immediately received a text and email confirming the appointment. Great company, highly professional organization with great installers. The equipment works great and I can't say enough about the installation process, we had 3 ceiling units, 2 wall units and 2 floor units installed and you would never even know they were here! They wore boot covers smd vacuumed up everything, just a great process. We highly recommend!

Mack and his team really saved us when the cold spell hit this year. Our burner flooded and he showed up to get it up and running in no time. Turned out we needed a new tank as the old one was creating the flooding, so he did some research and found one that was best suited for our needs. We'll continue to use his services in the future.
