Ever since I got my new furnace from Patriot Mechanical (February 2018) I have had problems with it. I was told that I was getting a Champion high efficiency furnace and was never told anything about a warranty. In August I found water leaking from my ceiling in the bathroom directly under the furnace and called Patriot to check it out..they claimed it has to do with condensation from the air conditioner collected in the drip trap of furnace and charged me for the service call.
Two of my neighbors recently got new furnaces paying $1,600.00 less and receiving rebates from the government for efficiency

My husband spoke with Keith and he was very helpful. In a time of need, nobody was willing to even come to my house for less than $250.00. And Keith was more than willing to help us figure out the problem. So thank you Keith for being a stand up guy and helping us. Truly means a lot to have some genuine people in this world.
