Recommended by landlord of a house we're renting. The owner who is the the namesake of the business isn't what I'd call socially skilled. We needed a shower head replaced, a leaky kitchen & bathroom faucet and a leaky bathtub addressed. He did the jobs but, throughout multiple visits all he did was complain. He complained about the situation, the quality or lack of quality of the product we, not the landlord, purchased for the shower head replacement. It seemed to me he was put out to actually have to do the work. He grumbled and complained the whole time. He talked a lot, which made his time working

The first time we called Jeff it was because a pipe froze and burst. He came out immediately and fixed the problem. We were very pleased, and called him again when we needed a backup sump pump installed in a house we were preparing for rental. He did quality work and was both professional and courteous.
