Established in 1955 by Charles Fogg Jr. in Scotia, N.Y., our two bay service station has grown to a 28,000 square foot state-of-the-art Sales and Service Center. Over the past decade, our expanding growth created a need for a new Sales and Service Center, which was established in 1998. This new facility was built just one half mile north of the original business on Route 50 in Scotia-Glenville.

John is the owner and General Manager of Fogg's Automotive. Since 1982, John has taken a small two bay service station to a 30,000+ square foot state-of-the-art sales and full service dealership. He enjoys spending his leisure time with his wife and children. His favorite hobby is boating on beautiful Lake George with family and friends!

I purchased my vehicle from Foggs on 7/7/2021, it was an excellent experience. The reason for the 3 stars is because whenever call and leave a message NO ONE ever returns my call.
Now, I would like to get service on my vehicle just to check it out and still NO RETURN CALL. I will be taking a trip up to Foggs on 12/11 in the morning. It seems as if thats my only options because I work alot. See you later Foggs

We needed to have the outside mirror replaced. Making the appointment was easy and we received a reminder the day before the work was to be done. The service technician said it would take approximately 1 hour to replace the mirror, so we waited. The work was completed on schedule and within an hour we were on our way. We are very happy with the workmanship and efficiency of the service technician.

I’ve been to Fogg’s twice now for service. They are very professional & courteous. The first time, I was given an estimate. My vehicle required additional work that would have added about $70 to the quote. They did not charge me the extra $ as they stood by the original estimate. I really appreciated that. When does that happen ?!! They have been on time & I didn’t have to wait for hours for an oil change & inspection. Very clean Service dept. & customer lounge. Thanks for the great service ! I’ll be back !

Exceptional! Easy to schedule appointment on-line and they have the service price listed.Took the car right in at the scheduled time and completed as requested. I had "service engine" light; they remedied the problem without trying to sell me something that I didn't need. Service was completed timely and I trust the work that was completed. Highly recommend. In fact, when I need a car in the future, I will shop here because of their excellent service department.
